    Description

    VTG CROSBY LAUGHLIN SWL 8-1/2T 1" SHACKLE w/RED PIN Heavy Duty. This piece was one of an assortment of hoist/chain components my late father had. This paticular Crosby I seriously believe he never used, dad never had anything near large enough too connect it to. Dad kept this one in a set of very large steel drawers with many unused smaller shackles and different hooks of various styles, I know for fact things did bump one another at times. So I've listed it as used, but it very well by its looks indeed never have been used. The shackle measures 6" in length, its outside U width is 3-1/2", the inside U at 1-3/4", the shackles diameter is 1". The red pin is 4-1/2" in length, its diameter by my Starrett mics come in at around 1.130". The total weight of pin and shackle is approximately 6 lbs.  Condition is Used, possibly not...please judge by my photos.
